It's been 1 week since we asked you to join us in diligent daily prayer for 7 days.
Wow! What a difference a week makes!
I just left meeting with Stephanie. We spent over half an hour talking, with smiles and astonished looks on our faces, as we shared with each other how we are both in such a state of peace! Is it possible to be in such a state of rest when we have no idea what the future holds? Well of course it is! But only by clinging to the solid rock of Jesus Christ! And by being strengthened through all your prayers to keep clinging to that Rock! And seriously, who really knows what their future holds anyway?
We continue to soldier on with the work that God has called us to do here at Maforga.
We have the clinic license!
The new laundry & sterilization room is complete and beautiful!
Many patients are being treated despite the clinic closure, and are healed, including one man
suffering from a skin disease for over 1 year - healed in 1 week with only prayer and coal tar!
Team members are praying for one another and encouraging each other!
We've had several days of rain!
Bible School graduation was Sunday - 150 more disciples in this area praying for Mozambique and
spreading the Good News!
And God continues to move in and through the lives of Maforga!
Thank you and God bless you for standing with us!
We are united in prayer!
The Lord knows the thoughts of man,
That they are futile.
Blessed is the man whom You instruct, O Lord,
And teach out of Your law,
And teach out of Your law,
That You may give him rest from the days of adversity...
Unless the Lord had been my help,
My soul would soon have settled in silence.
My soul would soon have settled in silence.
If I say, “My foot slips,”
Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up.
Your mercy, O Lord, will hold me up.
In the multitude of my anxieties within me,
Your comforts delight my soul.
Your comforts delight my soul.
- Psalm 94:11-13, 17-19
